General Terms & Conditions

All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Once you have placed your order online, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase items must be unused, in NEW condition and still have their tags attached, and packaging in the same condition it was received in, the shipping cost has to be covered by the customer.

All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All sales on Climbing and Safety Gear are final.

We will contact you if we anticipate that processing time may run beyond this period. Eskala Mountain Sports does not guarantee same day shipping, but we will do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note that all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. In the rare instance that delivery is delayed due to the shipper, Eskala Mountain Sports will work with the shipper to remedy the situation. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

Eskala Mountain Sports offers a flat rate shipping of $15.00 for any order.

All shipping orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited parcel, and are accompanied by tracking information which is sent via email to the address specified in your order at the time of shipping from our warehouse.
